Lowell Clifford Krisher, son of Orville and Hazel (Coblentz) Krisher, was born August 31, 1923 in Jump River, WI. He grew up and received his education there.

Lowell was united in marriage with Elaine Duesing on February 9, 1946 in Medford, WI. To this union 11 children were born. Lowell worked as a carpenter doing fine cabinetry work for over 45 years before retiring. Through the years the family lived in Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado and most recently South Dakota.

Grateful for having shared his life are with wife, Elaine; ten surviving children, Naida Schulz and her husband, Ralph, Beresford, SD, Harold Krisher, Appleton, WI, Verdis Krisher and his wife, Sue, Newell, SD, Conrad Krisher and his wife, Noreen, Lomira, WI, Della Krisher, Sioux Falls, SD, Wanda Johnson, Eau Claire, WI, Glenn Krisher and his wife, Jenae, Phoenix, AZ, Dean Krisher and his wife, Colette, Sioux Falls, SD, Kenneth Krisher and his wife, Darla, Valentine, NE, Loren Krisher, Appleton, WI; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Naomi Topinka, Stratford, WI, Helen Topinka, Medford, WI, Edna Topinka, Marshfield, WI, Elaine Griswold, Pittsville, WI, Myrtle Stockwell, Pittsville, WI; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Lowell was preceded in death by a daughter, Esther; his parents; and three brothers, Alvin, Marvin and Chester.

This is a facebook post Uncle Loren wrote in reference to G'pa...  very sweet!

Before Dad passed away and was able to converse, he told Mom that they should have gotten married sooner, so they could have spent more time together.,,,,,What a wonderful thing to be able to say after 65 years together!
