Our homemade wagon wheel light is completely decorated!
Pics below are the stages during our making of this fine specimen!

| Painted the inner metal thingy and outer metal rim. |

| Drilled holes (4) in outer rim to put hangers in. |
 |
| Cut the chains to length and painted black. |
 |
| Glued strings of lights in place. |
 |
| Super tiny LED lights on a metal band... different, but they worked well! |
 |
| Hung wheel up and cut off excess links. Decorated and flipped the switch to admire. |
