Mother’s Serenity Verse
When I look into my child’s eyes
Remind me it’s a miracle that I see
When I consider all Motherhood means
Give me faith to trust in me
When giving love and attention
Bless me with the rewards of shared time
When teaching a valued lesson
Guide me, for the example that’s followed is mine
When I’ve forgotten how to smile
Let me stop and watch my children play
When patience and perspective fades
Comfort me, as I find my way
Where criticism outweighs praise
Instill in me appreciation and pride
When laughter fills my home
Let happiness fill me inside
When I feel the need to cry
Console me, for Motherhood is from the heart
When I feel the depths of love
Rejoice with me, for this is life’s grandest part
When I reflect upon the Mother I am
Fill me with serenity, for I’ve given all of me
When I rise to yet another day
Grant me strength to become all that I can be
