We played blocks, played with Jake, aka: "Jay Jay" to Mason, played with water, soaked up the sun, and chatted endlessly.
It has been wonderful getting to know my nieces and nephew again. Its been awhile since we had so much uninterrupted time with each other. Good to know what makes the younger generation "tick", what tempts them, what makes them smile, cry, frustrated, and get the giggles that bubble up from their toes.
