update...

Jazz is coming home tomorrow. 

He had a obnoxiously large spleen (size of a volleyball) for some reason which was squashing his intestines.  They are sending a specimen to lab to check if its cancerous.  After they finished surgery it was decided he needed to stay overnight because he lost a lot of blood. 

So it seems all is ok...  so far,so good!
